Why not turn trying a variety of healthy and nutritious foods into a game, fill your child's plate with a rainbow of delicious treats.

Red - Tomatoes

Yellow - Mango

Pink - Ham

Green - Pepper

Orange - Sweet potato

Purple - Blackberries
